Job Description :
- Handling recruitment and selection process such as create job advertisement, shortlisting candidates, invite candidates, conduct psychological test and interview for candidates.
- Maintain candidate’s data.
- Fulfill manpower requirement needed by the company according to the requirement timeline.
- Making daily, weekly. and monthly report related with recruitment & training
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree of Psychology.
- At least 1 year working experience in same position.
- Familiar with Psychology assessment tools.
- Able to work in team or independently.
- Highly responsive with good initiative and able to work under pressure.
